Wreathed fitting to transition from a level balcony to rake rail in red oak.

A carved miter for a little jog in the railing where it anchors to the wall corner at the top floor. I love this solution and will always opt to carve a miter in situations like this whenever practical.

138 square tapered balusters of various sizes. Not very exciting but deceptively a significant amount of work!

Some of a bunch of stair parts ready to go out today for a New Haven, CT renovation. The volute was salvaged and restored and is the lone original part of the railing system.

Getting started on parts for another continuous handrail system. This one is for a New Haven, CT renovation where a new flight was added to the 3rd floor over the main staircase. I’m matching the original red oak profile.
